New Armoring Recipes

PTR had a note saying new armor crafting recipes were in. They are not (unless it's a drop). However, there are a lot of new processing recipes. These are in the public A2 build. You can view them by hitting P and browsing the recipes in the processing tab.
This is giving me hope and I can't wait to be able to use these processed goods. For example, Copper plating, Zinc plating, Copper chain mail, Zinc chain mail...these look like they'd make different stat plate and chain armor! That'd be awesome to have 4 armor sets rather than just one.
HOWEVER, all of the processing recipes are showing a Journeyman requirement(yeah, even zinc and copper). We don't have a Journeyman smithy on Castus. Do any of these actually work on Journeyman forges yet? If so, can you make these different armor sets?
