Login issue

My client is launching the game no problem. Playing is smooth. My wife can't get it. Game launches to a blast screen and seem to hang for a min and then you are back to desktop with the launcher at the "launch game" button.

Anyone else?

The steps below fixed this for me

1.Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

2. Download latest C++ Redistributable Version

3. Repair and restart pc.

4. Done

As a reminder, this exists on the Known Issues list here, for those who find this thread: 🔸 If you get 'The code execution cannot proceed because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found' error when launching the game, you can fix this by installing this Microsoft Windows executable.
