Self/Target UI options

This game needs some UI improvements.
Our buff window gets cluttered up way too much with useless information that it's hard, or in this case, impossible, to see important information. I've only seen this on Bard, my highest level job, and this might only be an issue for bard.
How to fix this?
I could think of 2 UI fixes that would alleviate this issue.
- Class specific UI: One that gives our class specific abilities a place to display.
- Customizable UI window for Buffs and Debuffs: Make separate windows for Target, Defensive Target, and Self
For bard at least knowing the debuffs of your opponent, and the buffs of your allies are so vital for the job and right now the small window we have that puts both together make it so hard to play properly. I think if we had these it would make things happening in combat so much clearer. As it stands even watching combat I just see people seeming to be fine to all of a sudden be dead and it's unclear what happened.
Final Fantasy XIV does this beautify and I think inspiration can be taken from that game as they do both of those things really well.
