Service connection timeout 32

I have been trying to load the game, but I get a service connection timeout 32 message every time I try. I reinstalled the game to see if it would fix it, but I am still receiving the same issue. How can I go about fixing this so I can play the game?

    I found that resetting your router fixes it, at least it did for me

    I had a similar problem: installed the game (new player), "Service Request Timeout. Code:32". Tried Repair, rebooted twice, reinstalled, rebooted a third time, updated drivers, turned off my anti-virus and reinstalled again ... my connect is ethernet to fiber, 300Mbps up/down, rock solid. Switching my connection to the building's Wireless provider (I live in an apartment) allowed me to connect. Reset my modem, and now my Fiber connection also works.
