Hard Lock to Target (Hold)

Member, Intrepid Pack, Alpha One, Alpha Two, Early Alpha Two
I know there is a Hard Lock and click keybind but you need to click it again to un hard lock and would prefer a (Hold) option.
Lets say i bind Hard Lock (Hold) to LMB, it should NOT unbind my Weapon Attack (Action)
I should be able to Hard Lock (Hold) while holding LMB and weapon attacking.
++ Target Self (Hold) option too
