Toggle Swap Action Bars Option

Currently we can have up to 3 action bars in the game. We can combine keys to use the 2nd and 3rd action bars, and it is inefficient if not impossible to use individually bound single keys for each ability of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd action bars for a total of 36 separate keybinds. The current default uses the shift key combined with the default action bar keybinds to use the second action bar. So we use 1 for ability 1 of the 1st action bar, and can use shift+1 to use ability 1 on the 2nd action bar.
I would like to see an option in game that allows me to press a keybinded toggle key to use the 2nd and 3rd action bars without needing to hold a key or press two keys at once. For example instead of having to hold shift and then press 1, I would like to be able to press shift, take my finger off the shift key, use abilities 1-12 on the 2nd action bar, then press shift again when I want to use abilities on the 1st action bar. Additionally, I would like pressing the toggle keybind for one action bar to cancel the toggle of another. For example if I have shift as my keybinded toggle for my 2nd action bar and caps lock as my keybinded toggle for the 3rd action bar, then I press: "shift, 1, caps lock, 4, caps lock, 5" I would want to use ability 1 on the 2nd action bar, then ability 4 on the 3rd action bar, then ability 5 on the 1st action bar. Maybe include an option for a toggle keybind for the 1st bar as well in case some players would prefer having each bar have a keybind instead of using the last used toggle again to return to the 1st bar as default.
Not only do I think this would suit some player's preference, but could reduce the fatigue and strain of needing to reach multiple keys at once repeatedly. I personally find it difficult to hold W to move forward, press/hold shift, then reach keys like 6 or G.
Also, if possible when using said toggle I would like to see a visual indicator of what bar is being toggled. Maybe a glowing highlight around which action bar is in use, or slightly increasing the size of the toggled action bar and reducing the size of the ones currently not in use.
