Crafting needs to be put on TIMER.

Crafting a common can be instantaneous, but with any increase in rarity it should take longer and longer to craft.
If every level is instantaneous then you only need one or two Grandmasters per craft. People will figure this out and know that if their guild doesn't assign them as a lead crafter then there won't be any incentive to bother.

I'm not talking about the type that is used in Processing, even though I don't like that either. Please clarify if you mean 'the same as Processing' or 'has a cooldown after crafting something' because the outcomes would be different.
Ok, so when you say 'Timer' do you mean 'I can craft instantly and then I have a cooldown', or do you mean 'I will take extra time to craft'?
Also, with faster times for common, rare than epic, legendary you would be incentivized to equip your lower level guild members.
They also need to hook up you storage to the crafts.
I feel like I say this on half of the ideas People come up with.
He's trying to increase the demand for crafters in his guild. His actual options? Join another guild, do it anyways without their help, or gather instead and be part of his guilds solution rather than a part time beneficiary.
I have my gripes with the crafting system, but my ideas are not "limit everyone else's gameplay so that mine will be valuable". If that's the case, put a CD on killing mobs too. Only 1 hour of being productive for you, no matter which facet of the game you wanted to spend time on!
I'm pretty sure preventing other people from having more fun than them is unironically high on some of these posters. They cant stand that someone else is going to put in more work and have an advantage.
Makes me wonder if they are the bare minimum type at work in real life 🤔
PvE focused: WoW / FFXIV / Lineage II
Sandbox: Ultima Online / Darkfall / Mortal Online
Big Influence: SNES Fighting games / Starcraft / Diablo II / Smite
You aren't solving any issue with this suggestion.
I'd love a free-type box to enter my own amount.
