List of complete vs non-complete quest?

Hi.

Curious to know if there is a list of quest that are currently Completable vs quest that are not quite 100%?

For example, the 'Make Ted Dead' quest has some issues, as Quick Teddie does not spawn. Many players are constantly asking for the location in the Global chat.

Is there a list of quest that can be completed, and not completed?

the spawns that are tied to the commissions are buggy and the named npc's are struggling to spawn, as of end of Phase 1 there was about 6-8 actual quests ( not commissions) that couldnt be completed due to bugs , the commissions on the other hand all work and can be completed when the npc is actually spawning

Any idea which of those 6-8 are not able to be completed?
