Alpha 2 Launcher - Not Working

I am trying to DL the Alpha 2 Launcher but I keep getting this error message. "The older version of Intrepid Studios Launcher cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group." Can anyone point me in a direction to get this fixed? Many thanks!

Have you tried simply uninstalling the launcher from your Windows--->Apps, zombiedust?

Yes as well as all of the documented ways to remove Intrepid elements, like in %AppData% etc. Thanks for weighing in!

Hey there, please try these steps: https://support.ashesofcreation.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402749120787-How-to-uninstall-and-remove-all-files-for-Ashes-of-Creation-Alpha and see if installing works after that.

If it doesn't work, you can also try installing the launcher in a new/different location.

New location worked for me, after uninstalling old version.

intrepid studios cannot be installed

I keep getting the same error everytime I try to install which is I have less than 6144 physical memory which is weird since my RAM is 8 GB, any help with that?
