i have purchased wave 2 acces but it didnt go through the money has been payed for with paypal

i have had some technical difficulties with my account for a while now made a new one just to buy the alpha acces everything works fine except 2 things i cant login to the support site but i can on the normal game site for some reason and i cannot yet dowload/ install launcher i didnt recieve email purchase notifacation either but it is fully payed for i think my account might be bugged or having some techical problems i cannot make a ticket because i cant login to the site to do it on i would greatly appreciate some help from supporrt staff

If you see your "Wave Two" pack there, you should see a "Get Launcher" button to download the launcher. https://ashesofcreation.com/news/preparing-for-alpha-two
If you don't have anything in your account inventory, but the money got deducted from your PayPal account, please submit a support ticket, so that the support team can take a look at your account: https://support.ashesofcreation.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
