Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!
For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

i have purchased wave 2 acces but it didnt go through the money has been payed for with paypal

i have had some technical difficulties with my account for a while now made a new one just to buy the alpha acces everything works fine except 2 things i cant login to the support site but i can on the normal game site for some reason and i cannot yet dowload/ install launcher i didnt recieve email purchase notifacation either but it is fully payed for i think my account might be bugged or having some techical problems i cannot make a ticket because i cant login to the site to do it on i would greatly appreciate some help from supporrt staff
