Realms unavailable code 23/ character creation failed smh

I understand this is still a work in progress it just doesn't feel too good when you've paid 110 USD to play a game then your unable to. Am i the only one facing this issue if not does anyone have any tips around this issue.

You did not pay 110 usd to play a game. you payed 110 usd for access to a alpha phase of a game as a tester. if you want to play a game that has no problems then alpha stage of ashes is not the place to be. dont complain when they have literally said dont buy the package if your expecting a full game release experience
