Launcher Issue

I have 100% downloaded, but my file operations sits at 0% and never progresses. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher and it still has the same issue. If I try and use "repair" is just restarts the launcher and starts trying to patch again. How should I fix this?

    go into patching under the launcher options and set patching parallel operations as high as possible, see if that helps.
