Initial player model loading - first entry performance.

When you first enter the world everyone is invisible - it's like the game is downloading basic textures for everyone. This is very process intensive and a quick player can be all the way in lionhold while this is still going on. This causes NPCs to not appear or to flicker and the game client to be extremely laggy.
Once this is done, the game runs smoothly for me, even when there are a lot of players around me (and even on subsequent characters I make)
Soloution: These early models should be downloaded with the game client. Have a very basic set of level one stuff that is put in place with the base download and primed for the first launch of the game. This will smooth out the starting experience and cause less frustration on day 1 when there are so many people in the world.

Hoping for improvements because you can't test an MMO very well if the network is in this state.
