Upgraded Beta Key to Alpha Issue

I purchased beta access a while ago and realized I had extra time this weekend so I upgraded to alpha two for the small upgrade fee. I got the confirmation email and logged out and back into my account to find that it has not appeared in my inventory items and therefore I cannot get the downloader. It is now just trying to get me to purchase the full alpha two package again. I submitted a ticket, but I fear that it won't get looked at until Monday.
