I can't launch the game?

Every time I try to launch ashes of creation it say that I need to "close ACE Base before launching the game. What is ACE Base and how do I close it? Any help would be appreciated.

    Heya! You can try restarting your PC and see it that fixes the issue.
    If it doesn't, make sure that ACE or any games that utilize it aren't in the auto start list of your pc.
