Desert definetly needs alot more resources in :p

Should have 2-3 times the amount of rock/ore spawns over riverlands, and like .1-.3 the amount of T2-3 plants/trees around the water sources compared to riverlands. Probaly need some hunting nodes should have a bunch of T2 and T3 nodes like alot more raptor spawns down here than riverlands
So desert is ore/rocks and decent hunting and abysmal plant/trees compared to riverlands

i know it heavy WIP atm but figure i would give feedback with resources cause there no reason to live out here now due to 0 benefits and only drawbacks.

Atm it feels like there 20% of the ore/rock node density and 0 of anything else compared to riverlands.

Desert in a nutshell right now.
    1. No points of interest
    2. No events
    3. No Trees
    4. No plants
    5. No Hunting animals other than the like 4 grems that spawn around the node might get one now and then
    6 No Dungeons with gear
    7 No freeholds
    8 Little ore/rocks

There like 2 hunting animals in desert :P Wyrms and there another oe i forgot

no plants or tree is fine but need ore/rocks to make up for lack of those but i htink there should be small pockets of T2/3 plants/tree aroudn the water sources but sparse comapred to riverlands

I don't really understand why add theses nodes in this state.
With nearly no ressources around they will be a pain to upgrade. I known its testing phase but what are we testing with region so far from the current state of already unfinished (riverland) nodes.

At least in Miraleth, i think implementation remove some rock/ore ressources. i didn't go yet in New Alea which was my main node in phase 1 (and i have farm a lot inside), to confirm it.

Because they want to test the Vassal Node system, which is the Phase 2 goal. They will be fixing the leveling bug of nodes and then implement Node Sieges to test it later in Phase 2.

But I agree with all of you with the resources and lack of 'content' in this biome.

Based on exploration of the map, extending resources (mining and herbs) across the map, instead of only 60-70% of a node’s area, would go a long way to making gathering feel better.

I’m often running figure 8s within a node and there’s very very little - if not nothing - at the edges.

There are places that has lots of random field spawns that are great exp. It's bland but if you find the right spot. Your golden. The problem is the lag out there making the Riverlands seem stable :) only time we died was on getting disconnected. Miles of sand and no POI or even things to vary what your eye sees. Fun mobs. Some nice mechanics for trash mobs.

Aithier or how ever u spell it has like 1 mino spawn of like 8 minos and a ok amount of rock golems density (which have the world worst loot tables it seems) so it pretty bad compared to riverlands
