Can Ride your mount on the bottom of the river in one spot

Description:
Just Southwest of Tower of Carphin there is a Island with two bridges and on the south side of that island you can ride your mount on the bottom of the river and you don't run out of air.
Bug Reproduction Steps
I was riding my mount towards the east bridge on the island and to avoid the Minotaur guarding the bridge I went off to the left and entered the water. I then picked up some glittering dust under the bridge, then got on my mount and it was acting like i was on land rather than swimming and losing air.
Expected Result
Lose of air and swimming animation
Bug Report - Actual Result
I can ride on the bottom of the river without losing air for the entire southern length of the island. Wish i could give you cords, might be a good thing to add so testers can more accurately point out where the issue is. Ill try to upload the map location:
