Bring back raid leveling

This phase 2 showed how leveling on a more populated server can be extremely frustrating, not only because of the lack of locations, but also because more organized groups cannot get together and try more risky locations.
In phase 1, one way we had to make leveling more interesting was to play in raids, which allowed us to go to higher level locations, more dangerous and less contested locations, and it was extremely fun. Literally high risk, high reward.
However, after the nerf to the exp when we played in riad, it basically made this unfeasible, causing groups that previously cooperated to now compete with each other and could no longer farm in these more challenging locations, since they were no longer in raids.
I believe that with the return of raids, more locations will be occupied, which will also alleviate the competition for easier locations, making everyone's experience more enjoyable.

I agree that the ideal would be to have more group farming locations, but as an immediate measure, leveling in raids would be an option.
Or if they reduced the penalty for PK, that would also be an immediate solution kkkkk.
