cpu maxing out.

i have Intel core i7 9700k, 34gig ram, and a 3070ti, and my cpu is maxing out 100% changing graphics doesnt change anything on the cpu performance, the temp is doing good, max 70c.
anyone know of any fix? or do i just have to wait for a fix? this is the only game im having this issue with.

    i am running into the same issue (i7, 32GB ram, and 3060ti). tried updating drivers, changing graphic settings (in game and making sure GPU is being used), and closing programs but i am still getting a lot of lag. this is also only happening to me in this game.

    Same problem on an i5.
    If you have temperature problems or your fan gets very loud at 100%, you can limit the cpu performance to 80-90% like this (w11):

    Right click windows icon, click run, enter "control panel", go to "system and safety", select energy options, go to "settings for energy saving plan", click "advanced energy settings", open the CPU tab and click on "maximum power state" and set it to 90%.
