stuck on character selections

Hello!
I need help.
After server crashed today at EU night i had issue, my game stuck in character selection...
there were no problems before
i try clear game cache settings, clear loggin session, repair game, and finally i uninstall game and download again, nothing help...

    Same issue here UserCodePlayRequestExpiredMessage Code:28. Restarted computer and launcher, did repair and also a reinstall of game...same error after. Any fixes?

    After making this i hit play and it logged me in.

    Not sure if this helps, but I was trying to log into the Vyra server. I was able to successfully make a new character on the Lyneth server

    Looks like this was addressed in Discord:

    Alluring — Today at 7:33 AM
    If youre attempting to log into Vyra - your character may be on a server worker that has crashed and you will not be able to join the Realm until that worker restarts

    Have pinged our on call folks but it is early morning still so please hang tight
