Quests says to talk to a different NPC

Bug Reproduction Steps
1. Have a new character, take the commission "The Sweat of Your Brow".
2. Harvest a weathered oak.
3. Process the Weathered oak into timber.
4. Reach next step in the commission it says to bring the Weathered Oak Timber to Trademanager Hernet near the workshop.

Expected Result
There is an NPC called called Trademanager Hernet

Bug Report - Actual Result
There is a Tradesmanager called Uller. Image down.

If you open the journal you can see both names in different places, but it's not always what you do as a player.

    Noticed this as well except if I open the journal i still only see reference to Hernet. Edit: later parts of the quest refer to him as "a Tradesmanger". This is probably what it needs changed to to conform with the later parts.
