yep broken af, either put a no gathering debuff for at least 30 second are take them out of the game.

to the person that just sent me a tell in game, no i believe it should be like 5 minutes on the debuff they can still see everything from the air, I also think it should only work in the zone they are a mayor in.

I think it should be longer. 10-15 after flying you should not be able to harvest. It should be made inconvenient enough that it's not something anyone would want to do. IMO I call that crafting breaking.
