Tank is weaker than ever

With the changes in item power, the tank became even weaker.
It was clear that the strength of weapons needed to be reduced, but the nerf also affected armor, which greatly reduced the overall mitigation of all classes. However, this especially affects tanks, who currently rely heavily on the set to mitigate damage, since we have few survival skills.
I suggest either reviewing the mitigation provided by heavy armor or reviewing the tank's skills in order to increase the class's mitigation and survivability.
Honestly, tanks only have some space in groups because there is no other class that can do the same job, as we are in a deplorable situation. Without enough damage, without enough mitigation, without enough utility.
