Negative Debt Exp (that keeps stacking)

in Alpha Two Bug Reporting
First time I have heard of this bug before but the more things I do to gain experience instead it makes me more and more negative. I only died once and now im stuck with an ever long red bar of EXP debt

As for fixes goes ive tried as follows:

Restarting PC
Clearing game Cache
Reparing game launcher
Uninstalling and Re-Installing the game

(Am I the first person to get this type of bug?)

    I'm also having this same issue, dying to a mob temporarily fixes it but it happens again each time I log in as that character.
    I would love to find a permanent solution or if staff could help fix us it would mean the world.

    I ended up grinding it, I have heard of this bug before but I think my one was slightly different as every-time I did something that should have got me EXP it made me more and more negative

    After grinding almost 500,000exp and a few random self drownings to try and fix it, I finally got out of debt and started going up again
    Was definitely a tough bug to beat haha

    After I die once when logging in I'm able to gain exp normally and level up, it's just that it gets set back to -1 exp debt when I log in on the character.
    I can try grinding out a bunch of exp but I can't deal damage when my exp debt is in the negative so I'm not entirely sure how. Any exp I do earn in that state pushes it further negative.
    I've tried dying on repeat to different things (mobs, players, drowning, caravan players) but each time I die I do not get an exp debt or dampened stats, only when I log in and I get it set to -1.
    Hoping if I die enough in a row something will break again and fix it :(
