Ranger (or any class) Buffs should not be castable on mounts/caravans

As the title states, I don't think this should be allowed. Ranger is able to cast both speed buff and thorns. Someone will auto attack themselves to death just attacking a caravan. No other classes have this much benefit from their tool kit. It's a bit ridiculous that these aren't intended specifically for player characters.
