Unable to log in- Error code 32

Kept getting the Server Request Timeout - Code 32, sometimes 33. Someone in my guild suggested uninstall, delete the folders from my files and do a fresh install. I did, and when I did, I made sure checkbox for Easy AntiCheat was checked. When I ran the install, I allowed Easy Anticheat. Now when I launch the game it fails saying the East Anti-Cheat is not installed.

I went back to the Launcher Download, re ran it. Chose the Uninstall Option, then ran it again and got a fresh download. That fixed the Easy Anti-Cheat error, but still getting the Service Request Timeout. Code 32. then it tries again and gives Service Request Timeout. Code 33 code 34.... Wait...... Finally Success.

SO, after getting in, I went to log on to an alt..... No character list..... Code 32.....AGAIN!!!

When I get code 32 at the realm selection screen, the error box only has a "close" button. If I click that, the program exits. It never retries as far as I can tell. How do you get it to retry?
