Node Additional Storage Removed

This is a devastating bug that could enrage many people, especially those who have put in many hours (days) into artisan. Suggestion, in addition to fixing the bug, is to properly label storage that is "citizen" specific.
Description
When renouncing citizenship from a node, storage that was purchased (using gold) has disappeared in addition to the "free" storage space for being a citizen of that node.
Bug Reproduction Steps
1. Become citizen of node
2. Purchase additional storage
3. Renounce citizenship
Expected Result
Expectation was that purchased storage would remain, as you may purchase additional storage in any node regardless of citizenship.
Bug Report - Actual Result
ALL additional storage, both "free" citizenship and purchased, is removed.
