Chat Hud BUG

Chat Hud bug. The Hud is displayed across the entire screen. when you try to shrink by grabbing the edgy. the window disappears then when you reset to default it does nothing. The Hud is blocking my abilities and in game features. the needs to be a smaller window function to snap back down to original size.
