Character locked out of caravan system

I got my caravan bugged in the middle of summoning it with the beacon while the reset was happening on the 26th.
Now that caravan can't be recovered and game doesn't let me buy a new one. I have seen this issue before with another player in Phase 1 and it was never fixed on that character.

I put in a bug report and a ticket on the website but since they say on the ticket that there won't be in game support during Alpha 2 I'm not very hopeful on a manual fix on my character.

Anyone that has experienced this issue and solved it?

Additional info:
- Caravan in question is stuck in summoning state
- Caravan system does not allow me to purchase a new caravan while this one is summoning
- Trying to use a summoning pylon to summon the caravan does not work, since it already is in summoning state, thus making it not selectable
- Destroying the summoning pylon does not fix it
- Buying a new summoning pylon and destroying or selling it does not fix it

The issue seems to resolve itself after the next server restart. Once that happens, the caravan item will be back in your inventory. You may or may not have to talk to the caravan master npc first.

So far, for me this has not been the case. Even after multiple reset I am still stuck in the same situation.

Update to this. I have been off for a bit over a week so not sure when they added it to the game, but there is now a third interaction option with the caravan master that deletes all your caravans, which fixes this issue. So mine is fixed now!
