Easy Anti-Cheat not included in re-install

I have uninstalled (UNI) this game three times and installed (REI) the game four times. I am still receiving the error message that Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) isn't uploaded.
Followed three different threads to find a resolution.
However, the only answer I finally read was to UNI and REI to get EAC to upload.
Is there a second option? Considering this latest one isn't working; or has someone actually had true success in getting EAC to upload after multiple UNI and REIs?
