Caravan disappears from map while riding

This has happened 3 times, in Miraleth, Joeva and Desert. Caravan disappears, no way to recover after relog and repairs. Worst part, when this bug happens, the next successful caravan's cargo bugs out so there is nothing to sell. I am not sure what is triggering the event. As it stands, I feel that I cannot progress my goals in the game :(

    Also, I have had the ability to recover a caravan after it has already been recovered.

    Lost my caravan, along with its weeping willow carriage and legendary cargo after traveling from Joeva to Ainathar. The game did the 'caravan arriving' countdown, it disappears, and then the caravan master has nothing.
