[Quest] The Stones of Tura'Madu - Stone of Sir Pitt

I've been trying to collect the last stone of the quest The Stones of Tura'Madu, but I don't see any interactable POIs near the map marker. The only thing I see is a sparkly green thing far from the marker, but it doesn't give me the option to interact. Is it bugged?

    It is better if you report the bug inside the game with the command /bug

    Yesterday I passed near the map marker and found one of the red wolves roaming around, killed it and gave me the missing piece. I thought it was buried given the green sparks showed on the screenshot.

    Already been reported. A lot of Quests need a little bit of fixing.
