Hey everyone,

I’m currently level 25 and have green BiS gear, so I don’t really need to buy anything right now. Unfortunately, my treasure maps seem to be bugged, so I can’t do those anymore, which is a bummer.

I’m also not really interested in farming copper for 4 hours just to get enough that I could get with a single treasure map —it feels like a grind with little reward. Crafting progression is at a standstill because of this.

Caravans are a no-go unless my whole guild is online. The caravan PvP scene is pretty fun, but I’ve noticed a lot of bored max-level players just waiting to pounce, so it’s hard to time it right. I’d love to do more of it, but I can only participate during certain times of the day when the stars align and people are online.

Right now, it just feels like there’s not much for me to do. Am I missing something? Are there activities or strategies I should try at this stage? How do you keep the game feeling fresh when progression feels stalled?

Would love to hear your thoughts or tips!

Just the typical alpha test end game: reroll another toon and test as a different archetype? Try to intentionally take completley different paths than your first toon. If you grouped up a lot, try soloing. If you grinded to 25 on mobs, try pushing on the quests.

Yeah, I’ve thought about rolling another character, but honestly, I was so relieved to hit max level just to escape the XP grind. Those levels from 23 to 25 had me hallucinating, lol. I know a lot of people enjoy leveling new toons, and that’s great, but I’d much rather focus on progressing this character further.

Fair. If you want to test artisan stuff with little friction, you could level mining and stonecrafting. There’s probably a proportion of 150 : 1 granite/basalt:copper, and plenty of slate & limestone. If you focuse on those resource nodes two good things will happen:

    1) you’ll inevitably run into enough copper to craft your toolset, and

    2) the resource nodes you mine will respawn as possible useful nodes for other players. That whole contributing to the bigger picture thing.

It took me about 4 hours to level stoneworking to journeyman, the trick is getting past the resources to create your journeyman toolset.

    Just random thoughts…
