FEEDBACK Silly mining gripe for Rubies and Sapphires

This probably doesn't bother anyone but me, but I'm going to throw it out there as a suggestion anyway.
We can mine Ruby at any point. But with the ability to mine Ruby we don't have the ability to also mine Sapphire. Why?
Ruby and Sapphire are the same gem, they are both corundum! Just one is Red Corundum, one is Blue Corundum.

I understand that it doesn't impact anything other than me riding around thinking "Man, more sapphire I can't mine with my rubies" haha.

It's silly, it's a personal nitpick, but I'm suggesting it anyway Can we either make it so you can mine Ruby and Sapphire at the same level of mining, either raise Ruby or lower Sapphire?
