Jumping on and off horse quickly makes you unable to mount

Description
When pressing f two times in fast succession while trying to mount a mount you become unable to remount again for roughly 5 or so seconds.
Bug Reproduction Steps
Mount and dismount a mount in rapid succession.
Expected Result
Should be able to remount after.
Bug Report - Actual Result
Unable to remount for quite some time. If you accidentally press f twice while trying to escape it can put you in sticky situations.
