The wording is a bit confusing to me. Does it add a whole full conflag, or just puts the current one back at 4s?
IE, if I have a conflag that has 4 ticks of 100:
100-100-100-100, no freeze.
If I freeze after 2nd tick, does it go:
1) 100-100-(freeze) 200-200-100-100? (Adds a full conflag)
2) 100-100 (freeze) 100-100-100-100 (Just puts current conflag back to 4s)
