Without enough mitigation, without enough damage, without enough CC, without enough support, we can currently say that the tank is the anti-bard. If the bard does everything very well, the tank currently does everything mediocrely.
I think the biggest disappointment with the class was when I was in Carphin's tower and saw a group leveling without a tank in the PT, there were two healers managing to hold the mobs very efficiently and safely. This indicates how problematic the current situation of tanks is and that an adjustment is needed immediately, because apparently it is not even necessary for PVE.
