Exploiter Island

Grand Theft Auto the live version. Never played the game myself. But some guildies were talking about when exploiters were caught they were sent to a part of the game that cut them off from the rest of the game. It was an island where they could do whatever they want and it didn't affect the rest of the community. They're forced to wear a hat that was a dunce cap. And I'm not sure if there was a point in time where they let them out again to play with the community. But I think it's not a bad idea for ashes. Thoughts?

    Could even make it an exploiter server.

    Steven should make a banishment server and transfer all exploiters there. Lock the account to only that server. Let the exploiter feel some of the grief of trying to compete with others that are ruining the game experience for you with exploits. See how long before they get fed up with the crap they are doing to testing servers. Just my 2 cents.

    "Exploiter & sweats" server sounds nice. I would go and visit from time to time., just to remind myself we have lost nothing of value.

    Stockades in the nodes right behind town hall seem better to me. And maybe we can even throw tomatoes at them

    I wouldn't be against putting them all on one server.

    Anyone that has seen me posting in regards to "exploiters" during testing knows that my position is that these are some of the most valuable testers you could ask for. Getting rid of the with bans and such would directly result in the game being worse off at launch.

    However, putting them all on one server and preventing their accounts from making characters on other servers keeps them testing the game, but separates them off from the bulk of players.

    Due to the fact that a lot of people aren't able to differentiate between exploits and just general antisocial behavior, I'm not necessarily saying Intrepid should do this - just that I wouldn't be against if if they decided to go this way.
