Click Casting for Healers

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to request a feature that I've grown to love in other MMOs known as "Click Casting."

It allows you to bind and cast spells to Left and Right mouse click by simply clicking a friendly Unit Frame. It also supports any other button or keystroke.

These spell bindings are separate from your Action Bars and could be set up by going to the Key Bindings menu. To select the player or open a menu with Left or Right click respectively, the game would let you set a Modifier key, like shift or alt.

All other uses of Left and Right mouse clicks remain the same. UI, Attack, Etc.

For myself, and a lot of others, this saves on button bloat and helps with accessibility of playing a support role (which we always need plenty of).

I would like to see mouse-over healing. Being a bard and trying to heal someone is harder than it should be. I know we can have the abilities separate, but I'm Trying to reduce button bloat. Since there will be no macros in the game being able to prioritize healing over damage could be a setting in the menu if you needed it. Also being able to change how the party frame looks would be nice. having them in a straight line above your abilities would help with keeping your eye on the action.

There is an option in the menus under "Gameplay -> Party and Raid" then select "Hover Over Target."

This will enable mouseover casting if you haven't stumbled on that setting yet.

Another benefit to Click Casting it it allows you to bind spells without placing them on your Action Bar.

For example, if button "1" is bound to your action bar Smite and on your Click Casting to Mend, it will cast mend if you are moused over a friendly frame, otherwise it will cast Smite at your current target.

It does this for LMB and RMB too. Definitely a feature I encourage them to add.
