Why does Jest and Mock cost skillpoints?

Their both components of the Quick wit skill, so the only benefit you get from investing skill points is an alternate targeting function. This feels like a pretty harsh cost for what you get. In my opinion both of these skills should be included in the baseline.

    Last time I checked they didn't cost real Skill points. Its just an option to put them on your Cast bar separately

    They don't, They are there if you want to have them as separate abilities.
