Penetration stacking, and insignificance of defensive stats.

It's easy with certain builds to stack penetration, to the point you are getting into over-penetration area where any armour you we are wearing is essentially nullified as a source of defensive stats. What's the point of wearing armour, if I can just stack penetration from all different sources, like weapon upgrades to make it null.

Also, I have yet to see also the evasion stat working at all. On bard you can apply 50% evasion to a friendly target for 8 or so seconds. I have never seen that effect trigger. If an idea of a evasion based defensive playstyle is supposed to be a thing, this feels like another area to be looked at.

    Evasion not working is probably why rogue isnt in yet.
    The griffins think they rule the sky, but the spiders know better.

    I am fairly certain I've seen attacks "miss" even when not actively dodging them - I always assumed this was due to evasion.

    Are we sure that bards get 50 percent evasion, and not 50 evasion rating (which might be much less than 50%)?

    50 evasion rating is definitely much less than 50%. Probably more like 0.5%

    Good point, it might be just wording of the tooltip, or my misunderstanding.
