Broken Quests As I Come Across Them

    "Make Ted Dead" does not spawn quick teddie in the location indicated, if at all

    "Heartwood Beat" the indications on the minimap should be much wider as the splinters spawn outside half the indicated locations.

    "The Blood Rune" doesn't spawn a blood rune at location, it does say it can be found in the Aela Ruins, but doesn't include any circular range, and didn't spawn within the limit of the walls as i explored, whether it's not there or just somewhere sitting in a crevice in some other area of the Aela Ruins i cannot say, but if so it should indicate the area of search at least.

    This may be the blood rune, which is an entirely different location of the Aela Ruins if so, it's also unable to be interacted with

    I cannot even get passed the first step. I've talked to Kole Bailey, Duruma (who I saw on YT as being the only 2 required), but also Ginny Chamberlain, Lenya Moorling, and Furley Knottfeld (who have extra dialogue with the quest). Cannot get credit for step 1. Tried abandoning and starting over, and doing the same after relogging.

    There is an interact button if you stand on the back left of the stone, however nothing happens when you interact with it.
