Guild and Node Wars need a war declaration timer before hostilities can begin

Any war time window should happen during the server peek time hours also. Is this coming any time soon?
Majority of the paying playerbase is in education, works, has families /businesses and other responsibilities to attend to.

    I agree, there's absolutely no reason for one node to unilaterally start a war. There should be a pop-up and timer at the very least. Especially since they can group up in the other node before they start it.

    I was looking from a side-lines on our server as a war was declared and several clamped up at the market NPC people were wiped in a blink of an eye. I doubt all of them were even behind their keyboards. Not that would help. Time To Kill is extremely low for a MMO, especially if you factor latency and lag. Partly thanks to how unimportant defensive stats are, and how multiple undercooked systems currently allow you to stack your archetype dmg stat (STR/DEX/INT etc.). Obviously multiple classes are seriously over-tunned in the dmg department.

    Then we could talk about the spring respawn poor design and spring camping...The springs should be surrounded by 50 m diameter circle in which no damage can be done. A genuine sanctuary. A threat of ban and punishment will be never enough.

    What I see on our server and others, isn't really pvp. It's more a comedy show, thanks to how imbalanced and broken multiple game systems are. Hopefully the P1 rarity gear stat squash was just the beginning.
