Lost massive amount of materials from halcyon storage

I have lost multiple times this phase massive amounts of materials from Halcyon storage. At one point I had renounced citizenship. I had all important materials on my person and placed them in the storage afterwards. This included numerous legendary, epic, heroic willow as well as glint. It later disappeared. I have also lost like 800 timber out of the same same storage as well. Is this something that can be recovered?

    i have the same problem. i was citizen of winstead. moved all my stuff to another node. renounced citizenship. i had bought all storages in winstead. later that day i was mining and put alot of epic and legendary stuff into my 2nd storage in winstead. next day i noticed its empty. was thinking i must put it somewhere else. put stuff in another time. after relog all gone!

    my 2nd storage in winstead is a black hole! its deleting all materials!

    i was thinking its maybe the 1g citizen storage, instead of the general 5g storage and the game removing the items i put in, bc i am not citizen anymore? could be this the bug?
