Position desyncing

A new bug that I've come across in phase 2, is the game server doesn't seem to know where I am. It is constantly desyncing, confusing my position from wherever it is to 5 or more feet ahead, as my character rubber bands back and forth as the server and client try to make up their mind as to where I should be.
What's worse, is if I even travel so much as a 100 feet in any given direction, the server completely desyncs, times out and crashes the client. Its been happening none stop since phase 2, making the game essentially unplayable.
It seems to be more prevalent in higher population areas, and less so out in the middle of nowhere. But it still happens.
