Lawless zone border lines exploit

what is happening is people are using the lawless border lines as an exploit. As soon as someone comes to the lawless zone they get hit by a player. player A: The player that hit the incoming player then jumps back to the unflagged zone as soon as the player B: now flagged player hits back and gets player A down to low health. There should be:..... a timer to where moving from the lawless zone to safe zone before becoming unflagged, say at least 20 seconds. Also before a player turns to flagged to unflagged, during the last 10 seconds or so their flagged status FLASHES to let the other player know they are about to be come unflagged. Lineage 2 does it like this as well.
