Divine Infusion has server issues

I have no idea how different server layers communicate when spellcasting, but it feels like there is a difference between naturally flexible spells like Deliverance or Resplendent Beam and full casts like Condemn or Judgement.
The former work very reliably, the same goes for naturally instant spells. Weirdly enough, I never had issues with those being completed instantly through Divine Infusion so far.
The latter sometimes have lag issues. At worst they complete their effect when the cast would have finished - as if I had never used my Divine Infusion on them. Since I use the Judgement plus Infusion combo a lot to save low health party members and use condemn to interrupt important enemy spell casts, this can become deadly very quickly.
