Buff/Debuff Customization

The UI does a great job of being customizable, I do think one glaring gap is customizability of the character frames- both the players and the targets.
There are about 1000 changes I could suggestion, but I think buffs and debuffs should able to be moved and customized. A basic filter for some buffs / debuffs and the ability to move the bar and change the wrap / size of the debuffs would go a HUGE way to UI and debuff legibility.
