[FEEDBACK] Status effects not applying

I noticed this yesterday near the end of my play time.
I was on my Fighter and noticed my auto attack just stopped applying snared. Though I was getting unlucky at first then as i kept playing it went from a couple of fights to hadn't applied snare in 20 mins which had me worried.
Today it got much worse, I wasn't applying any status effect on enemies except wound, even the abilities that were supposed to apply status effects.
This wasn't a problem at all last week which I played quite a bit (got 3 characters to level 10ish). Started yesterday after the two day break.
I used the repair function which had no effect, then I reinstalled which did the trick.
Wondering if anyone else noticed this happening on their characters? If so please be sure to mention the class. As I didn't think to test the other classes before I used the repair function.
