Item Storage Item Deletion Bug

Description:
Any items I put in second row of items storage gets deleted on exiting/re-entering game.
Bug Reproduction Steps:
Put item in second row of items storage (see screenshot)
Expected Result:
Item is still in storage after exiting/re-entering game
Bug Report - Actual Result:
Item(s) in second row are lost after exiting/re-entering game (see screenshot)
